Otoplasty

When an individual has especially large or protruding ears, self-esteem can suffer. Ear pinning (or otoplasty) is a surgical procedure that can change the shape of a person's ears. The procedure is most commonly performed between the ages of 5 and 14, but it can be performed on adults as well. Ear pinning is a highly effective procedure that can improve both appearance and self-confidence. It is fast, safe, and extremely effective.
An incision is made behind the ear, and the cartilage is then shaped and left to heal. Ear pinning takes one to two hours to complete, and most normal activities can be resumed within several weeks.

Abdominoplasty

Even though you may do dozens of crunches and abdominal exercises a day, you may find it impossible to lose the excess fat and skin around your midsection. Luckily, there is a solution--abdominoplasty. Abdominoplasty, or "tummy tuck," is a cosmetic procedure sure to give you sleeker, more defined abs.

First, an incision is made from one hip to the other, and the skin is separated from the abdominal muscles. The muscles are tightened, narrowing the waistline and flattening the midsection. Next, the excess skin is removed and the incision is stitched closed. The entire procedure takes between two and five hours, depending how much work is needed. Bruising and swelling (which typically subside within 10 days) are the most common side effects of abdominoplasty.

Breast Augmentation

Full, shapely breasts can make any woman feel more feminine, beautiful, and secure. We believe that everyone deserves to love her body; and that is why we take pride in customizing each breast augmentation procedure for each individual woman. Breast augmentation is a cosmetic procedure designed to increase and enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast. The end result is a more curvaceous, sexy bust line and a natural, sculpted look.

During this outpatient procedure, an incision is made under the breast, around the nipple, or under the arm, and a saline or silicone gel-filled implant implant is carefully inserted under the breast tissue or pectoral muscles. Once the implant is in place, the incision is stitched closed. The procedure is usually performed under general anesthesia, and it takes one to two hours to complete. During recovery, patients typically experience breast sensitivity, soreness, swelling, and possible temporary decreased nipple sensation, but most side effects subside as breasts heal.

Breast Reconstruction

Breast reconstruction restores a natural, symmetrical appearance to the bosom, maintains body proportion, allows clothes to fit better, and most important of all, boosts self-confidence for women who have lost one or both breasts to mastectomy or who lack breasts due to a congenital or developmental abnormality. Reconstructive surgeons strive to create a new breast and nipple that resemble the woman's natural breast as closely as possible in shape, size and position.

Breast Reduction

Neck and back pain, bra strap indentations on the shoulders, and general discomfort are an unfortunate reality for women with exceptionally large, heavy breasts. Such breasts can make a woman self-conscious and embarrassed as well as physically uncomfortable. Breast reduction is a cosmetic procedure during which the breasts are made smaller, lighter, and more proportionate to the body.

First, an incision is made around the areola, the dark circle of skin surrounding the nipple, and below the natural curve of the breast. Next, excess fat, glandular tissue, and skin are removed, and the remaining skin is tightened around the newly contoured breast. The procedure may take up to four hours and is performed under anesthesia on an outpatient basis. Although there will likely be swelling, temporary bruising, and some discomfort, these side effects diminish as the breasts heal.

Breast Lift

Pregnancy, nursing, excessive weight loss or gain, or the natural aging process can cause breasts to lose their natural elasticity. Breasts may begin to sag or hang penduously. Breast lift can take years off your body by correcting a drooping bust line, restoring your curves to their youthful state.

During the procedure, excess skin and tissue are trimmed away and the bustline is tightened then lifted. Remaining tissue and the nipples are also repositioned for the most natural-looking results. Risks include scarring, temporary bruising, swelling, and loss of feeling in the breasts or nipples. However, breast lift is considered an extremely safe, effective procedure. Breast lift, which takes one or more hours to complete, is often performed in conjunction with breast augmentation.
